Q:  I'm not familiar with your service.  How does it work?
 
A:  Our service is very simple.  We facilitate deliveries from your favorite restaurants to homes, businesses and hotels.  Just call us and we will make the arrangements with the restaurant of your choice and a professional delivery driver.
 
Q:  What are your hours?
 
A:  Our operating hours are Monday - Thursday (10AM - 10PM), Friday (10AM - 3AM), Saturday (3PM - 3AM), and Sunday (3PM - 9PM).  We gladly take orders in advance.  Click on "advanced ordering" to place an order for the future!
 
Q:  How do I place an order?
 
A:  You can place your order here on our website or you may call (309) 319-0733 and one of our customer service reps with gladly assist you.
 
Q:  How long does it take for delivery?
 
A:  Our normal delivery time is between 30 minutes and 1 hour, however certain situations such as traffic, restaurant preparation time and certain other factors may require extra time.  Please know that we are always working hard to get your food delivered as quickly as possible.  We appreciate your patience!
 
Q:  What about drinks?
 
A:  We offer cold cans of Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7-Up, Mountain Dew and Dr. Pepper. 
 
Q:  Do you offer catering?
 
A:  Not right now !  Actually, we are planning to offer drop-off catering soon! 
 
Q:  Do you take coupons?
 
A:  We often send out email coupons.  We also sometimes offer coupons by mail and through certain publications.  Coupons are generally only good Monday through Thursday and we only allow one coupon per order.  We cannot accept coupons from the restaurants that we deliver for!
 
Q:  What is the delivery area?
 
A:  The delivery area includes Bloomington/ Normal!! .  Please call us with your address to find out if delivery is available to your area.

 
Q:  How much does it cost to have something delivered?
 
A:  The standard delivery fee is $2.99 for our member resturants and $7.99 for non-member resturants. 
 
Q:  Do the drivers accept tips?
 
A:  The drivers work for gratuities just like restaurant wait staff.  A 15% gratuity is standard, however you may tip as much as you would like.  Orders over $50 may include an automatic tip.
 
Q:  Will my food be hot and fresh when delivered?
 
A:  You bet! The drivers pick up your food straight from the restaurant's kitchen and carry it in our insulated thermal bags.  These bags are designed to keep food hot!  Certain food items such as fries are harder to keep hot, but we always do everything that we can to deliver your food in a satisfactory condition! 
 
Q:  Do you have a minimum order?
 
A:  All of the restaurants require a $15 minimum before delivery fee and sales tax.
 
Q:  What types of payment do you accept?
 
A:  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club.  We also accept checks from established customers with proper ID. We do not accept out of state or area checks.  With proper notice, all returned checks will be sent to the Mclean County prosecuting attorney for criminal prosecution. 
 
Q:  Can I buy Dine-In gift certificates?

 
A:  Absolutely!  What could be better than the gift of not having to cook?  Gift certificates are available in any amount by calling our office at (309) 319-0733!

A:  Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice.  The delivery fee given on this site is $2.99.
